The Paradox of Stupidity

So, what paradox must we attach to stupidity? Stupidity is the cause of most suffering in the world. That is not not hard to fathom. Stupidity is the main cause of happiness in the world also. For sure stupidity is the leading source of pleasure.

When stupidity in an aggregation of people reaches the astronomical levels present in the United States today civilization can not progress forward. Notice that among the very wealthy, pleasure and happiness abound at levels best described  as giddiness.

Do not forget that suffering is the inevitable consequence of stupidity. The positive relationship between stupidity and happiness is intriguing.
